SANITATION Division

Here we control pests that are microscopic, or even a bit bigger than 2-3 mm like nematodes. basically, these pests are parasites and can harm humans, plants and animals causing diseases and rendering vegetables and timber decayed and useless.

They are bacteria, protozoa, viruses, fungi and nematodes. By disinfecting with chemicals, we stop the growth of these pests preserving human health, and growing vegetables stronger and valuable good timber.

Sanitizing containers :

We use Phostoxin (Aluminum Phosphide 55%), which in contact with moist air will release Hydrogen Phosphide, a potent fumigant that will kill microorganisms in an air tight container for a period of time.

Also, heat treatment is available, to sanitize solid wood that might carry nematodes, a pest that the European Union is trying very hard to allow spreading into the continent, and other countries are following the same regulations.

It consists of exposing the wood (like boxes, crates and pallets) to a core temperature of 56 Celsius for a period of 30 minutes.

Disinfecting homes:

Houses that for whatever reason need to be sanitized, or new homeowners that are moving in. This procedure is available, to make sure that there are no microorganisms present in the house the moment that a family moves in.

WILDLIFE Division

In this division, we include all wildlife, such as squirrels, raccoons, skunks, birds, bats, etc. that might enter our homes, creating a problem to occupants. They make noise in the attic, destroying roofs and walls, going under sheds or sundecks, and being a total nuisance on the property, and have to be removed.

All these species are protected by law, we cannot destroy them, so we either exclude them with a one-way door system, that allows them to get out on their own, closing the mechanism behind them, and preventing from getting back in again. Also trapping and relocating these animals is available. Our work is completely guaranteed for a whole year, and screening and patching up follows after the animals are gone.

Making your sundeck wildlife proof:

A sundeck is always an invitation for animals like raccoons or skunks to get in and find a home. Digging around the perimeter of the deck, and installing a galvanized steel wire mesh (heavy duty), with an L-shape, being the base of the L outward, make these critters believe that there is mesh at the bottom, and so they are discourage to continue digging. They will never comprehend that they should dig away from the base of the wire mesh, will allow them access. An animal always digs in the direction they want to go, never away from it.

The section of this L-shape wire mesh is about 2 feet in length, by 6-8 inches at the base.

Protecting you roof vents:

Squirrels and raccoons can very easily bust a roof vent to gain entry into the attic. Raccoons mothers, in the spring, ready to give birth, or a squirrels escaping the cold season approaching. Screening with a proper wire mesh, makes a roof vent impossible to destroy, and is practically life guaranteed.
